Wether you like it or not that is the reality. The above means that it doesn't really matter how busy you are you have to find time to study and read or you'll give yourself to ignorance that you chose for yourself. Meaning also that you CHOSE to ignore something.

The one in the title means that sometimes when you're angry you do things you never expected so you should think of the consequences involved if you do get angry.|||I think it's an exhortation that you should act when you are in a state of rage as the consequences would be regrettable when you regain your sanity. The second quote is quite self-explanatory. Always struggle to expand the frontiers of your knowledge as you can never know too much.|||People do a lot of things, that they wouldn't do if they were not angry!!
Things that would get them in trouble, and could care less, no matter what the consequences might be, at that time!!
