What is Confucius saying about the education process?

Confucius says"Only one who burst with eagerness do I instruct ;Only one who bubbles with excitement ,do i enlighten. If I hold up one corner and a man cannot come back to me with the other three,I do not continue the lesson."|||"Only one who burst with eagerness do I instruct ;Only one who bubbles with excitement ,do i enlighten."

He's saying that the only worthwhile student is one who wants to learn.

"If I hold up one corner and a man cannot come back to me with the other three,I do not continue the lesson"

He expects that his students will seek out answers and draw conclusions on their own, rather than having to be guided and flat-out told everything.
